IS it first time: R u allergic to fish already or it it the 1st time. Scratchy throat without any difficulty in breathing, sweating,dizziness from low BP, fast heart rate, tongue swelling,lip swelling ,skin rashes is okay though you are telling you have some blurry vision.If u have ranitidine or famotidine at home which are H2 blockers-Histamine receptor blockers taking Ranitidine 150 mg or Pepcid will help
