I have painful, itchy hives after hydrocodone, but i am allergic to benadryl...will dramamine help?

No: They are basically the same medicine so you could have an allergy to Dramamine also. You can use a medication such as Allergra or Claritin for example. Steroids like prednisone can be used if the hives are quite severe. Good luck
