I am going through the stages of cold sores. i am not familiar with it.. i am at the point where the skin is a open sore now. do i put abreva on the open sore? let it air out? put something like neosporin ? basically what do i do with the open sore?

Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. It will bleed sometimes. It is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. I have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. What is the issue? Treatment? Is there a way to share a picture? I have never used this service before! This is a first experience! Small sore on right forearm?
