Not recommended: To heal the sore in your mouth, first step is to stop the abrasion from the sharp tooth. Your dentist can smooth the area or apply a filling. Although safe to use neosporin, the mouth sore will heal fine with warm salt water rinses and you can apply oragel or benzocaine in orabase for pain relief.

Yes: but Bacitracin is safer. You need to get that tooth fixed! Get some dental wax in drug store to dull the sharp edge until you can get it fixed. It will only continue to bite you otherwise. Good luck
