Any new neurological symptoms (you are describing on and off leg paresthesia) after head trauma, especially soon after trauma, requires immediate evaluation to rule out a subdural hematoma or other types of bleeds.

Closed head injuries are very common and unusual to sustain intracranial bleeding if no concussion, bad headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, imbalance, blurring or doubling of vision. The tingling in your leg is unlikely related to "head bumping".. But, since you appear worried, contact your doctor and perhaps get examined. Biological variations can have unpredictable outcomes.
