See your doctor!: Please see your doctor to be examined and if they find abnormalities, you need an MRI and possibly other studies. Unfortunately we can't diagnose what is causing these symptoms on this forum. If you don't have a physician, please go to the emergency room. Hopefully it will turn out to not be as serious as the diseases you mentioned, but you need to be examined!

Neuro exam needed: The way you classify your symptoms is worrisome. You need a full exam with focused Neuro exam. Full lab work including evaluation for Lyme disease it d deficiency b12 folic acid thyroid studies. Then you may need a ct scan vs MRI to evaluate for an intrinsic Neurologic disease like MS.
