Had to reword my question. on apixaban. can a slight bump on the head, like bumping it to get into the car or a bump that doesn't knock me unconscious cause a brain bleed while on thinners? i'm paranoid now feeling like i need a helmet while on these?

Yes, theoretically possible, especially if you are elderly with prior brain atrophy. Far less likely at age 31 yrs., but depending upon the intensity of head injury, still conceivable. Check with your doctor following these head injuries.
