I hit my forehead 24h ago with the table corner no headache or nausea just still some soreness at the site i have tingling sensation in my left leg i don't know if its related to it , should i be worried about a small brain bleed?

No trauma to area like in an auto accident, so concern for brain bleed is not warranted. Place ice pack over area and expect some pain and swelling, which will diminish in a few days.
