When i exercise(ex.:squats)hr is around 135bpm but after i finish the set it rises to around 155bpm and only then starts to drop?if i exercise in sitting/laying position hr is around 100 but as soon as i stand up it rises to 110-120bpm. is it normal?

Heart rate rises 10-20 bpm from supine to standing during exercise is a physiologic change. Normally, heart rate can rise quickly during exercise to peak heart rate 150-160 bpm then it drops quickly when exercise ceases. So, what you describe is completely natural or physiologic.
