Good: If your heart rate gets to normal in a minute after exercise that is good and an indication of your being in good shape. It is great that you exercise. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

OK: Everybody will have a different threshold, endurance, capacity, etc. So as long as you feel good exercising and are in no major discomfort, it is somewhat irrelevant as to how fast the baseline heart rate is achieved. Of course, if you want to make this in to a well orchestrated routine, perhaps, a personal trainer may be helpful.

No right answer: It depends on several factors like your own conditioning, how long you were exercising, your relative level of hydration. If you were exercising for a long time it won't return to normal until you rehydrate. If you're in good shape and it was a relatively short duration of exercise then a minute or two is about right.
