With first pregnancy - would squatting or sitting on ball during last weeks of pregnancy help baby get in position for easier delivery? trying to avoid laying in bed but it's hard getting comfy in any opposition, sitting or laying down.

Possibly: Exercise is generally recommended unless there is a complication of pregnancy where your doctor placed you on restrictions. Many women feel comfortable using sitting on a Yoga ball. Some enjoy doing exercises like squats. If you enjoy these things and have not been restricted then you can continue
