Radiologist saw 3mm lung nodule. he mentioned it but never mentioned it again in the impression part of the report. do i need follow up? im a non smoker. they did ct of abdominal and saw this. if i have one could the rest of my lungs be full of them?

The scan included an area of your lung with a small nodule. The characteristics of the nodule is important information. It is possible to have multiple nodules, if the scan included only a partial view. Do you have current symptoms? A small nodule without significant medical risk factors without involvement of the lymph nodes or other areas of the lung may be followed. TB test may be indicated.
