A member asked:

Had ct scan found 6mm lung nodule radiologist says if non smoker no further follow up should i be concerned i'm a no smoker what is my best option?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lung nodule: Lots of people have nodules, oftentimes called an "incidentaloma" found on imaging studies. Speak with your primary care doctor to determine if a follow up image is necessary. If you are concerned, a repeat image in 6-12 months can be done to evaluate for changes in the nodule.
