Aspirin is a NSAID but it' s relatively safe for renal fx but hard for the stomach so most patients can take daily low dose ASA (81-325 mg/day) for secondary prevention of heart attack and strokes. Urinary frequency at night, nocturia, is a hallmark of CKD. With ASA at night you have a better sleep. Body pain can wake you up to the bathroom trip, not ASA hurts kidney fx so you pee less.
