Does using ibuprofen cause a bout of diverticulites or bad for use with patients that have had diverticulites? ive heard that you should only use tylenol if youve ever had diverticulites but that doesnt help my arthritis pain. thanks?

Ibuprofen does not cause diverticulitis but should not be used to treat diverticulitis. Once you no longer have active diverticular inflammation, you may take ibuprofen for pain.
