I take piroxicam daily for arthritis, i have a headache, would it be ok to take ibuprofen or acetaminophen? thanks!

See details: I am not a fan of piroxicam as it is an NSAID with fairly high risk of side effects. I would consult with a rheumatologist about your arthritis. You can take acetaminophen with piroxicam but I would not take another NSAID such as ibuprofen. That just increases side effect risk.
