I have a 2.1 cm lymph node along the right external iliac artery that showed on a ct scan in march. my pa said i need it removed or at least biopsied. she ruled out any infections with blood work and vaginal swab. would it even still be enlarged?

Yes, it should be biopsied with CT guidance if this lymph node does not reduce in size or it gets bigger by this time.
