Upper back pain extends to neck and around side of breasts. had back xray, chest xray this year, chest ct scan and mammogram a year ago. all okay. what are the chances of this being lung cancer? back xray says arthritis on my upper spine. thanks?

Your symptoms are not suggestive of lung cancer. However, lung cancer may not have any symptoms in early stages. If lung cancer is a concern you should consult a pulmonologist.
