Pains may not be: Related to cancer , as it is 2 yr duration , speak to your doctor to find the cause of pain as several other benign conniptions will cause.

Unlikely : If MRI ok then not cancer. Mri is one of the best tests for cancer in the spine. It would be rare for breast cancer to show up in the spine without a breast mass. Hope this helps.
