All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. What was the reason you have the serum immunoelectrophoresis done? We need more info for assessing the importance of gradually increased IgM. In medicine, any symptom (physical or laboratory finding) which is progressive is significant.
