Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, What is total gamma globulin level? If it is more than 2.0 gm/dL it needs to be evaluated. There are many causes of polyclonal gammopathy., and some of those are serious.
