Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, what you described is consistent with benign monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. About 5% of people older than 65 have these. Please follow your doctor's advice for repeat tests.
