I went to urgent care they did a ekg and found prolongation of qrs complex. im 24 male with great blood pressure and pulse she said my heart sounded great. should i be concerned? is this life threatening? she said she has lots of patients with it?

You should consult a heart specialist. Prolonged QRS can be of no concern or can be of concern. Much more information is needed to answer your question. A doctor does not just look at an EKG and make decisions. A doctor considers lab tests, and the entire physical examination If you have dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath you should see a doctor.
