Went to the doctors blood pressure was fine, heart rate was fine, oxygen levels at 100% they ran a ekg and for some reason it was not normal the muscl?

Need to examine the: Ekg. It is not feasible to provide an opinion without looking at the ekg. Why was the ekg done? It would be prudent to discuss the matter with your doctor.

Need more info: Many findings on ECG are not related to blood pressure or heart rate or oxygen levels. Some findings are abnormal, some are borderline abnormal, some are normal variants. They need to tell you exactly what the finding was and the potential implication in your particular case.
