Lump on jaw: Possibly but unlikely - usually wisdom teeth come out intact - and any bony fragments are going to be large - is it on the jawbone? Usually parotid gland stones move with the parotid gland. If its on the jawbone - probably should get it checked out.

Probably not: Please return to specialist Oral Surgeon or General Dentist that removed your wisdom teeth for reevaluation. Referral to ENT may be prudent.
