You should see a lung doctor and get pulmonary function tests to see what is going on with your respiratory system. That would tell you if you have asthma or something else. If you smoke, you need to quit and the lung doctor can help with that also. You also may need a CAT scan of your chest. So, see the lung doctor to find out what is going on. Best of luck to you!!

If you feel like you are not getting enough air to move properly it may be a problem with your lungs or heart. A noticeable change in your ability to breath or move should be evaluated by a doctor to check your heart and lung functions. Sometimes an infection or stress can affect your breathing, but if you have trouble moving, a doctor will need to sort out the underlying cause to fix it.

Please see a physician right away. A cardiac cause should be further evaluated. Asthma or N allergic reaction may cause chest tightness and if severe poor air entry. If you are not able to obtain ;urgent appointment, urgent care centers are available. An EKG 12 lead is recommended. Watch for dizziness, and also obtain a COVID 19 test.
