I have asthma which is usually controlled with ventolin/becotide inhalers. v. wheezy for 2 weeks, no cough just feels like a weight on my chest,?

See doctor: it appears that you are suffering from a worsening in your asthma which may require adjustment in medication dose or even a short course of oral cortisone. Do note that the common cold virus is a common trigger for asthma exacerbation. Are you using the ventolin/becotide on an as needed basis or regular basis?
