What would cause, when asthma peak flow meter is at a green zone level, and no cough or wheezing but chest tightness that doesnt go away at all but is relieved some when take nebulizer only but never fully gone, feels like lungs not opening fully ?

Keep a log of the PEFR readings, note time,date and activities, symptoms. Asthma may be highly variable when not well controlled. Avoid smoke,allergens and review the PEFR log.
