Either monoclonal antibodies (parenteral) or molnupiravir (oral) can be used although drug-drug interaction trials have not been conducted in case of molnupiravir.

Recent Paroxysmal Afib diagnosis. Currently take Flecainide 50 mg Bid , Coreg 12.5 Bid and Losartan 50. Paxlovid has flecainide listed as a contradiction. Does this mean that that if I get Covid Paxlovid is not an option for me?
Last Dec went ER for Covid on 2nd day.Dr gave me 3 tablets Decadron to take at once then sent me home.Can't take Paxlovid due to interaction with Flexainide for Afib.Covid was relatively mild,6 days not too sick.Why just one time dose of Decadron?
