If you have a history of heavy smoking and oral sex partners than you should be concerned. A biopsy is necessary to rule out HPV or throat cancer. See an oral surgeon or an ENT doctor.

May have multiple other causes. Please seek examination to rule out pathology. Of low risk if you do not smoke (anything), abuse alcohol, or engage in promiscuous sex. See Oral Surgeon, Oral Pathologist, or ENT
