Many: There are many symptoms, if you are worried you should make an appointment with an oral surgeon so you can be properly diagnosed. Only a face-to-face appointment with a doctor can tell you for sure if your symptoms are evident of cancer.

None: Until the cancer becomes late stage, there are very few if any symptoms of oral cancer. Most cancers are found first by a dentist upon routine examination by the visual changes of the tissue. Newer fluorescent technologies have come out to find oral cancer earlier, ask your dentist about them. Velscope and vizilite are two examples. If the tissue looks abnormal, a biopsy is the only diagnostic.
