I have small bumps in the back of my throat for a month now. recently i experience ear pain in both ears. also i have few small red lumps in the floor of mouth and also a white patch..wht could all this cause..i know oral cancer has these signs.?

Oral cancer: First, oral cancer at your age, unless you smoke (anything) or abuse alcohol, is rare. Greater probability that you may be dealing with an infection. Please see both your Dentist and you Physician for examinations. Once cause can be determined, appropriate treatment can be administered.
