Unlikely to be Cance: Any bump/mass requires close watch for further growth or resolution. If it grows over the next one month, then it should be checked by a medical doctor to find out the cause. Any mass of one cm or bigger requires a biopsy if it is growing in size. Oral cancer is rare in young people.
