Possibly nothing: Fibroids are non-cancerous growths on the uterus. For most women they are not symptomatic. In some women they can cause some symptoms like heavy periods or pain during sex or pelvic pressure or even constipation. You should first speak to your doctor to see if the fibroids are bothering you or not and then decide what to do next.

Common: The size of your uterus at approaching the upper limit of normal - but that means that the size of your uterus is still essentially normal. The fibroids are about 1.5 inch in diameter - not that big considering that they could get 10 times that big. 50% of women have fibroids in their uterus by the age of 35.
