As a nephrologist, I do not see many patients with eGFR above 60 cc/min. At your age, eGFR above 60 cc/min is considered normal by some lab references (GFR above 60 cc/min by lab report, not defining as stage 2). If your urine test is normal and kidney ultrasound, if done, is also normal, you are not staged as CKD 2 at your age, so it could be the reason why your family doctor does not refer you.
