NOW!!!: You must see a nephrologist now. There may be some chance to recover renal function when you are stage 2-3, as it advances, it becomes irreversible. If you have sjogren, they need to screen for other autoimmune disease like lupus as they both can coexist , cause damage to kidneys. Often , kidney biopsy is indicated to diagnose the cause.
