If the sutures have been removed and the hole is closed up, and no infection or pain than you can get your teeth cleaned. I would try to get the top teeth cleaned first, and if no problems, get the lower teeth cleaned next visit or at same time if the dentist feels it's indicated.

Assuming you did not have any complications after the surgery, 2 weeks should be Ok to have your periodic oral exam, periodontal maintenance therapy, and dental prophylaxis (cleaning) treatments done.
