I have swelling in one of my wisdom teeth and the pain is unbearable i can't afford to go to the dentist will i get the necessary help at the clinic?

Depends: If you're talking about a Dental Clinic with an Oral Surgery component, yes. If you're talking about a general Medical Clinic with no Dental component, no. If you can afford a computer and Internet access, you can afford to see an Oral Surgeon. Financial payment terms can be arranged.
