Depends: If you're talking about a Dental Clinic with an Oral Surgery component, yes. If you're talking about a general Medical Clinic with no Dental component, no. If you can afford a computer and Internet access, you can afford to see an Oral Surgeon. Financial payment terms can be arranged.

Find Hospital clinic: Find a Hospital with a teaching GPR or Oral Surgery program. They will likely be able to help you for reduced cost. Also, see if there is a Dental school near you. Good Luck.
