I have a swollen lymph node (1,2cm)in the parotid left gland under ear. I touch it all time because i am anxious about it and i feel it is bigger beacause of it. I did ultrasound said reactive. How can i reduce it?

Dangers with swollen submandibular glands and or swollen parotid glands? The ones I have swollen I can feel under the jaw and it hurts ears at times.
