I have a swollen lymph node (1,2cm)intra parotid left ear down. i saw it one month ago its reactive from ultrasound. i did again after one month utras and its the same. should i worry ? maybe its there many years i dont know. no other health issues?

You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
