I've had pesriasis for 12 years , last year i dicovered my axilary lymph nodes are swollen and now there is one swollen node under my ear, what is it?

Need evaluation: Those axillary lymph nodes needs to be surgically removed and send it for pathology exam. Hopefully, it should not be a serious problem. Good luck!
