I have a swollen lymph node (1,2cm)in the parotid left gland under ear. i touch it all time because i am anxious about it and i feel it is bigger beacause of it. i did ultrasound said reactive. how can i reduce it?

You can reduce it only addressing the cause of enlargement. You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
