Highly likely that you have developed nerve compression at wrist associated with your work (carpal tunnel syndrome). This could be confirmed via EMG/ NCS study, and your physician can evaluate. You might benefit from wearing a nocturnal wrist/ hand splint which will stabilize your position during nite.
