Repetitive motion: Sounds as though you're developing carpal tunnel syndrome (cts); repetitive wrist motions like keyboarding cause inflammation; nerves (especially the median), & tendons are surrounded by bony tunnel with ligamentous closure; pressure increases on nerve & produces numbness, tingling, weak grasp. Wrist splint may help; ergonomic keyboard; ice, rest, nsaids; if no relief, see orthopedic specialist.
