You should be fine, do not worry about it. For a 25 year old healthy young man, Omicron infection is most often less symptomatic than a seasonal flu infection.

If you're adept at taking your pulse and if the heart rate is between 55-90 & if it's perfectly regular and you only experience this lying in bed you can bet this is not a serious issue. Anxiety could be a cause. See your MD as needed.
