COVID concerns: You can quarantine the full period or test. In the meantime, rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
