My daughter's had very severe stomach pain that moves around her abdomen (mainly lower right) and a low appetite for a few days. i was told recently she collapsed on the floor of her school in pain. it's not menstruation, but should i be concerned?

Yes. Pain severe enough to cause collapse ought to be investigated by her pediatrician. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining her. Wish you and your daughter good health!
