It could be: Appendicitis, so please take her to a doctor. Impossible to tell for sure, but it could be something serious.

Appt with doctor: Lethargy is bot a common symptom in an 8 yr old . With abdominal pain and vomitting , kids do not become lethargic unless they are dehydarted or have low /high sugars.
