Abd pain: How long has the pain been there? Could try maalox and see if it helps. Does tylenol (acetaminophen) help can she eat or drink or is she vomiting and lying curled in bed. Diarrhea? suggests gastroenteritis. One has to consider appendicitis. in appendicitis the pain would move to right lower side. If unrelenting pain persists for 2-3 hours go to ER
