Regarding covid, is it advisable, after being in the supermarket, and touching everything, should i wash all my clothes when i get home? i don't know if it's smart to sit all over my home after being out? can i catch it this way or expose my family?

The virus is rarely transmitted by environmental contamination or by touching. Washing clothes after shopping or otherwise being in contact with other people is not necessary and does not reduce the risk of COVID-19. But continue to use hand sanitizer frequently and wash your hands when you return home. And of course get vaccinated if you haven't yet done so.

COVID-19 spreads via aerosol droplets and infects upper and lower airways. There is NO gastrointestinal vector, and there is yet to be scientific proof that infection can be incurred via tactile surface contact other than very rare cases. You do not need to wash all your clothes to prevent COVID-19 infections, and it is unlikely that grocery shopping would provide a risk per se.
