We have been laying low for 4 months. i live in nj where covid is reasonably low now. is it safe to get a hair cut when masks are worn and 50% occupancy. we are at elevated risk so my husband and i want to make smart decisions ?

No 100% guarantees: Ask about how the barber shop/ beauty parlor is set up BEFORE you set up an appointment. Ask if all clients and beauticians are wearing masks. Find out if there are partitions between stations. How are they cleaning between customers? Do they have various people in the waiting area OR are they letting people in at time of appointments? How is the ventilation? Have they cut down on # of customers?
